Supported Android versions
Rise Player is supported on Android and Android TV versions: 7.1 - 13.
We strongly suggest setting your apps to auto update, as this will ensure the Rise Player is updated when a new release is available. You can read more about setting your apps to auto update here: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/113412?hl=en
For Android 10 or higher, you will need to set the Rise Player to run on top of other apps. In most cases, go to Settings -> Apps & Notifications-> Special app access -> Display over other apps.
Choose the Rise Player, and ensure that Allow display over other apps is on.
The following features are not supported:
- Display Control
- Reboot
