If you have been with the company for 3 months or longer and you reside within the US or Canada you can contribute an amount to your retirement savings plan and the company will match your contribution up to an amount equal to the lower of:
- 5% of your earnings,
- the amount you contributed, or
- 50% of the maximum contribution allowed by law in any given calendar year
If you live outside of the US or Canada the company gives you an additional 5% of your base pay as a retirement contribution that you can choose to invest and save at your discretion.
To note for Canadian staff:
If you would like to join the retirement savings plan, you must either join Rise Vision's group plan administered by Manulife OR we will submit to another RRSP plan granted that plan has direct deposit processing and we can submit directly through Ceridian (payroll processor). This policy will include old staff switching to new plans as well. The plan you are currently on will be grandfathered into the new policy.
