We want you to continue to gain new skills and grow professionally. Rise vision will invest up to $2,000* USD per year in your learning and development. This program provides reimbursement for short-term learning opportunities such as conferences and workshops, professional and technical training courses, online learning, professional memberships, publications and subscriptions.
As part of our learning culture, we ask that you teach what you have learned by sharing and presenting at a Weekly Share and Learn, specifically:
- What new (task, tool, skill) did you learn from the program?
- How will (or did) you apply this newly-acquired knowledge on the job?
Continuous Learning and Development is available to employees who have been with the Company for at least one year and if the employee works less than full-time the amount available is prorated to the time worked in the previous year.
The learning opportunity needs to be agreed to by the employees team lead in advance.
