We want you to be present and enjoy your growing family. Rise Vision offers paid time away for parents to care for your new child, equivalent to three times your “Time Away” allowance in contiguous days off. For greater clarity, this will supplement local or state/province benefits* (if any) to ensure that you receive a combined total of 100% of your gross salary for the duration of this benefit.
The New Parent Benefit is available to all full and part-time employees commencing 12 weeks before your due date and up to 78 weeks after the baby is born. And if both parents are employees of the company the New Parent Benefit is available to both employees.
