This article helps you resolve the issue of logging into Rise Vision and seeing a blank company with no content. This typically happens if you log in with the wrong email address or you have not been added as a user to the correct profile.
Instructions
- Look at the top right corner of the browser window.
- Confirm that the email address shown is the one associated with your company.
- If it’s not the correct address, click Sign Out.
- Sign in again using the correct email address.
If You Still See a Blank Company
If you're logging in with the correct email address but still see a blank company:
- Contact a System Administrator in your organization.
- Ask them to delete your user account from the incorrect (blank) company.
- Once deleted, they can invite your email address to the correct company.
