Symptom
You tried to join your school or companies Rise Vision company but couldn’t because your email address is already linked to a different account.
Why This Happens
Rise Vision only allows one email address (your username) to be associated with one organization at a time. If you created a Rise Vision account in the past, your email is still tied to that old account.
Resolution
- Sign in to Rise Vision with the email address that’s already in use.
- Go to your User Settings.
- Select your username from the list of users shown
- Click the three dots near the top right, then Delete User
- Ask your organization’s admin to add your email as a user in the correct Rise Vision company.
