How to Sign In Without a Google Account

This guide explains how to create and sign in to a Rise Vision account using a non-Google email address. If you're not using a Gmail or Google Workspace account—and not signing in through SSO—these steps apply to you.

Before You Start

• Emails from Rise Vision to you will come from support@risevision.com.
• Make sure this address isn’t blocked or marked as spam.
• If you forget your password, the reset link will be sent from this same address.

Steps to Sign In Without Google

1. Create a non-Google user account 
   Follow the steps in the Users overview article to add a new user. Only a System Administrator can add a new user.
2. Have the user check their inbox 
   The new user will receive an email with login instructions. It includes:
   • The name of the person who added them
   • The company name
   • The email address they should use as their username

   

3. Click the Join Now or Sign Up link in the email 
   This opens the Rise Vision sign-up page in your browser.
4. Important: Don’t use Google sign-in 
   Do NOT click the “Use My Google Account” button. 
   Instead:
   • Enter your email address
   • Create a password
   • Click Join

   

5. Verify your email 
   Go to your inbox and click the verification link sent to your email address.
6. Complete your profile 
   Enter your first and last name, accept the Terms and Conditions, and click Create Account. 

You're now signed in  and ready to use Rise Vision!
