Symptom
When you try to sign in to Rise Vision, you see this error message or similar:
Something went wrong. exp is in the past
Why this happens
This error happens when your login session has expired or when the date and time on your computer are not correct. When you sign into Rise Vision, your device’s system clock to match the current time in order for the authentication process to work properly.
Resolution
- Check that your computer’s date, time, and time zone are correct. Turn on automatic time sync if available.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
- Close your browser completely and reopen it.
- Go to risevision.com and try signing in again.
- If the problem continues, try using a different browser or device to confirm if it’s specific to your setup.
- If none of these steps fix the issue, contact Rise Vision Support with a screenshot of the error and details about your browser and operating system.
