Symptom
You can’t sign in to Rise Vision. The login page doesn’t load, or your credentials aren’t accepted.
Why This Happens
Login issues usually occur because of cached browser data, network restrictions, or browser extensions that interfere with Rise Vision’s authentication process.
Resolution
- Use Google Chrome. Open Chrome and try signing in again. Other browsers may not fully support Rise Vision.

Clear your browser cache.
- In Chrome, click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Select More tools > Clear browsing data.
- Set the time range to All time.
- Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data.

Try an incognito window.
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner of Chrome.
- Select New Incognito Window.
- Go to apps.risevision.com and try logging in.
Tip: Some browser extensions can block login. Go to
chrome://extensions/and disable any that are allowed in Incognito mode. - Try a different computer. Log in from another computer to check if local software or antivirus tools are interfering with Rise Vision.

Try a different network.
- Connect to another internet network (for example, home or mobile hotspot).
- Log in again at apps.risevision.com.
This can rule out firewall or proxy restrictions on your main network.
- Check your firewall settings. Ensure your network allows access to all sites listed in Network Requirements.
