Photos, logos, and promotional flyers are some of the most popular types of content for digital signage. Whether you already have an image or want to create one from scratch, Rise Vision templates make it easy to get started.
Instructions
- From the Presentation tab, select the + New Presentation button and pick a template: use the Fullscreen Image template or any template that includes an image or background component.

Add an image: From the Base Components, select the image or background component. There may be even several components that can hold images, so select the one of interest to you.

Delete the generic default image by clicking the garbage icon
.

Choose how to add your image:
- Upload: Add an image directly from your computer
- Select from Storage: Use an image you previously uploaded

Select from Stock Image Library: Browse high-quality images from Pixabay.

- Publish your content: After adding your image, click Publish and assign the Presentation to a Schedule.
Behavior Notes
- Accepted image formats include JPEG and PNG.
- Most templates will display a recommended image size. Follow this guidance for best results, although keep in mind that if uploading images larger than your display's resolution (for example 1920x1080 display size vs 5000x4000 uploaded image size), this will require the media player to work harder to process and shrink the content.
