When creating content within Rise Vision, the Canva integration offers access to a vast library of high-quality templates and designs. In this guide, we'll walk you through how to make the most of the Canva integration feature.
This Canva integration works within Playlist components, added components, and in the example below the image template, providing a fully custom and efficient content creation experience.
Prerequisites
If you don't already have a Canva account, you'll need to create one.
Visit Canva's website, and click on the "Sign Up" button. Follow the prompts to create your account.
Step by Step Guide
- Add a presentation
- Add a Canva component or if you are using the image template Select "Design with Canva"
- If this is your first time using the Canva component within Rise Vision you will be prompted to log in or sign up for a free account.
- Next, select a Canva design by either searching a keyword or navigating the available template on the left-hand side
- Once you have customized any aspects of this template, save the template and this will automatically import this template as a PNG file into Rise Vision
- Make sure to Publish the presentation and add it to a schedule
Editing and existing projects
- You can edit your created Canva content by selecting the Canva logo or Edit with Canva.
- Accessing Canva content created using the Rise Vision integration is exclusive to this integration, it cannot be directly accessed through Canva's website or other integrations.
- Pre-existing accounts can upload their content by selecting the "Projects" tab on the left-hand side.
Additional Considerations

Editing an existing Canva template will only work with the associated Canva user profile, different Canva profiles cannot edit the same Canva template.

Videos and GIF content within Canva are recommended to be downloaded as an MP4 and uploaded using the Video template or video component.
