Show an Image, Video or Doc from Canva

This article explains how to connect your Canva account and add a Canva design to a Presentation.

Instructions

1. Open Rise Vision and click Add Presentation.
2. Type Canva in the template search bar.
3. Select the Canva Full Screen Presentation template.
4. Click Start with this Template.
5. In the Editor, select the Base Component.
6. Click Connect to Canva.
7. Sign in to your Canva account and click Allow to grant access.
8. Open the three-dot menu next to Canva Design.
9. Select Change File.
10. Choose a design from your Canva files.
11. Select how you want to import the file.
12. Click Publish to send the Presentation to your Displays.

Behavior Notes

• If the Canva design is not a slideshow, it is imported as a static design by default.
• You can enable Import as video to convert a Canva slideshow into a video.
• When imported as a video, Rise Vision converts the design automatically and adds it to your Presentation.
• You must use the same Canva account that owns the design to edit or replace it.
