Use Rise Vision’s Financial Data License to show live stock market information and other financial data on your displays. This is great for schools, offices, and public spaces that want to keep viewers informed about current financial conditions.
Requirements
- A Financial Data License (contact sales@risevision.com to inquire)
Instructions
- Go to the Template Library.
- In the search bar, type "Finance" to find Financial Data templates.
- Choose a template that fits your display needs.
- In the left-side component list, click on the Financial List component to open its settings.
- Click Add Stocks to include additional symbols.
- Use the search bar to find symbols you want to add.
- Check the boxes beside the symbols and click Add Selected.
- When you're done customizing, click Publish to Display to send the content to your digital displays.
Behavior Notes
- The Financial Data License provides 20-minute delayed market data.
- Data sources include US markets, world indices, energy, agriculture, metals, livestock, currencies, bonds, and NYSE/Nasdaq equities.
- Over 100+ premade templates are available and customizable.
FAQ
Why are there no results found for a stock symbol?
First, make sure the stock symbol is valid. Use the Reuters stock lookup to confirm. If the lookup returns “No search results match…”, the symbol might be outdated or incorrect. Stock symbols do change, so double-check that you're using the current symbol.
What if the symbol is correct but still not showing?
It’s possible that Rise Vision doesn’t have permission to display that symbol. Please contact us at support@risevision.com, and we’ll investigate for you.
